EPIC

Joining forces to provide expanded professional education opportunities, the Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine and the Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart have formed the EPIC (Education for Perinatal, Infants and Children) programs.

Courses are offered at Sacred Heart, via Northwest TeleHealth, or may be arranged at your facility.

EPIC Educators

Terry Mahoney, MN, RNC

Terry Mahoney, MN, RNC
Courses: Management of Pregnancy and Birth, Complications of Pregnancy and Birth, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Women's Grand Rounds.

Terry has been a nurse for over 30 years and has a two-year, four-year and Master's degree in nursing. In addition to her 24 years of bedside experience, she is a certified AWHONN instructor and has taught both associate and baccalaureate schools of nursing.

Dianne Molsberry, MA, RNC

Dianne Molsberry, MA, RNC
Courses: PALS, Pediatric Pearls, Pediatric Pain Management, Care of the Infant and Child with Respiratory Disease, and others.

Dianne has a Masters in Nursing of Children and has worked in the pediatric arena for the entirety of her 30+ year nursing career.

Deborah Rose, MN, RNC

Deborah Rose, MN, RNC
Courses: Critical Issues in Neonatal Nursing: The Next Step, First 18 Hours: Building a Foundation, NRP Certification, STABLE certification.

Deborah has been a nurse for more than 30 years and has worked in the neonatal area for 17 years. She is a certified NICU nurse, has a Masters degree in nursing education and a post-Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also the NICU nurse educator at Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital.

Whether you are a nurse or physician in need of training for fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation/NRP, infant stabilization/STABLE, pediatric assisted life support/PALS, or looking for education on specific topics like the care of the VBAC mother or care of a child with RSV, we look forward to supporting you as you expand your base of knowledge.
