Hip & Knee Pain Seminar

Free classes, taught by physical therapists, that focus on knee and hip anatomy, as well as indications for surgery and what to expect while healing. You will also learn valuable tools for pain relief and injury prevention.

Registration is required; courtesy valet parking is available, free of charge; coffee will be provided.

Senior Up and Go

This class provides seniors the opportunity to learn more about strategies to prevent falls.

Date/Time: The class meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 11 a.m.

Location: Sacred Heart Medical Center, Mary Bede Room (Lower Level 3, near the Cafeteria).
