Sister Peter Claver Award 2006
Sister Peter Claver was a leader, mentor and inspiration to many of us at Sacred Heart Medical Center and in the community. On October 10, a very special event will take place honoring a person who exemplifies the mission, commitment and qualities of Sister Peter Claver.
To nominate an individual for this Award, please complete the information requested on the attached nomination form. Please submit only one individual's name per form. Applications should be completed in full. If you are unable to address all the questions adequately, please seek input from others, as multiple people may nominate someone. Nominations must be received by the Selection Committee no later than September 15. Nominations received after that date cannot be considered.

Nominees may be any living person residing in the Inland Northwest. The only exceptions are current executives of Sacred Heart Medical Center or Sisters of Providence, by their request.
