Sacred Heart - The Consumer's Choice
Spokane, WA—For the eighth consecutive year, Sacred Heart Medical Center has received the Consumer Choice Award from the National Research Corporation.
Each year, the National Research Corporation surveys hospital consumers throughout the United States and compiles their input to determine which hospitals have the highest quality and best image. The 2005 study included input from more than 400,000 consumers about 3,000 hospitals; only 207 hospitals were chosen as Consumer Choice Award recipients.
Sacred Heart was the only eastern Washington hospital to receive the award. Other recipients in Washington include Swedish Medical Center in Seattle and St. Joseph and Tacoma General hospitals in Tacoma.
